ZORORO MAKAMBA
Good evening gents and parents
Today it was brought to my attention that one of our WWS Academy Alumni Zororo Makamba passed away in Zimbabwe from the COVID-19 virus. Zororo was one of my top track and field athletes in Zimbabwe running 400 m. He went on to attend Michigan State University where he studied media and business and started one of the internet's most followed radio and tv stations. Zororo grew to be a well known radio presenter world-wide and has made a great impact on many people's lives.
The shock of loosing someone so close to the WWS Academy heart and team has lead me to address all parents and students about the importance of paying attention to the seriousness of the Corona virus. We are currently in a nation wide crisis and this is not to be taken lightly. It is imperative that we all are disciplined in social distancing and personal hygiene. Furthermore, i would like to again address those who have been spoken to by the WWS staff and team. Take necessary precautions to avoid getting ill, should you feel any symptoms please visit your nearest clinic or hospital. We will continue our efforts to beat this war against the COVID-19.
We look forward to returning back to normal training routines in good health and spirits once our country has restored to good working order. Please eat healthy and do basic routines work-outs at home.
We must be disciplined, conscientious and diligent in our behavior. Hygiene, social distancing getting treatment immediately, let's be diligent. Your impact on the world now and to come is important you are the next best thing in every field protect your destiny.
I wish you and your family great health and strength through these tough times.
God bless you and peace be with you...
