More Qualified Coaches
- To train 240 coaches over three years thus 30 from each of the
Province 8 Districts
- Out of the 240 coaches 80 should be able to attain IAAF Level 2 (International Standard) CECS
- To offer refresher courses to all the coaches in the Province
- To encourage building of tracks in the schools
- Source More Equipment
- Have a Comprehensive Database for all the coaches
More Provincial Competitions
- Increase Cadet/Youth/Junior and Female Competitions
- Assist in the hosting of District Competitions in each District
- Assist in the hosting of Club Competitions a must for all our affiliates
More Qualified officials

Stronger Athletics Culture

- To establish education and job security for athletes
- Establish resource centers in every district
- Equip the resource centre with necessary equipment and a qualified coach
More Female Participation
- Not less than 25% of Female Representation in any
Development Programmes
Financial Support
- To obtain the necessary funds to carry out the planned Development Programme
- To have financial support from well wishers and sponsors etc
Elite Grass Roots Programme
- To obtain a full cadet/Junior squard from each of the 8 Districts through the Schools programme
- To obtain a Junior Team streamlined from the 8 Districts
- To nature nurse the graduation from Junior to senior participation
Re-Engineering Process
- To review and evaluate the strategic plan so as to assess progress.
- To make the necessary changes during the process so as to meet the desired target
Database
- All the relevant Development information to be captured and stored into a database.
- All personal information pertaining to coaches, athletes and officials to be put into the database
