The Midlands Expansion Program (MEP 2016) is aimed at the identification, Development and naturing of talent In athletics so that the Midlands Province produces at least two (2) athletes to represent Zimbabwe in the 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics, In order for the Programe to be a success all clubs, Schools, Coaches and Officials and the business community to be effectively lobbied to come on board and be part of the program
